CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All orders ship from our fulfillment partners. Occasional customs inspections may cause minor delays outside of our control. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, though these are rare for the products we carry.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@nordasolve.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. NordaSolve is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@nordasolve.com — if the order has not yet shipped, we will correct it at no charge.
