across Canada. Every order includes full tracking 
from our warehouse to your door.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Tracked Shipping: $4.95 CAD
Free Shipping: On all orders $50 CAD and over

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Order Processing: 1-3 business days after your order 
is placed and payment is confirmed.

Standard Delivery: 7-9 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 
8-12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and 
may vary during peak periods such as holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive 
a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All orders ship from our fulfillment partners. 
Occasional customs inspections may cause minor delays 
outside of our control. Any applicable customs duties 
are the responsibility of the customer, though these 
are rare for the products we carry.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 
5 business days, or if your package has not arrived 
within 15 business days of shipment, please contact 
us immediately at info@nordasolve.com and we will 
investigate and resolve the issue at no cost to you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before 
completing your order. NordaSolve is not responsible 
for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided 
by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us 
immediately at info@nordasolve.com — if the order 
has not yet shipped, we can correct it at no charge.
