You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request 
a full refund or exchange. We do not ask questions.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must 
be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date shown 
on your tracking information.

The following situations are fully covered:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item or color received
- Product did not perform as described
- You changed your mind (within 60 days)

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us at info@nordasolve.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. A photo if the item arrived damaged

We will respond within 1 business day with next steps.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed 
to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, 
depending on your bank or card provider.

RETURN SHIPPING

In most cases, we do not require you to return the product. 
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return 
label at no cost to you.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for orders where the 30-day 
window has passed and no prior contact was made with 
our support team.

EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong color and would like to exchange, 
contact us within 60 days and we will arrange a replacement 
shipment at no additional cost.
